- Nsanje District Council has budgeted funds under Regional Climate Resilience Program (RCRP) for the implementation of various activities in the District and intends to apply part of the funds for the procurement of Construction of Fatima Staff House and associated works in Village head Phupuira, Group Village Gundani, T.A Mlolo, Nsanje District Council under RCRP 2 using Request for Quotation Method from Eligible bidders.
- The Chairperson, Internal Procurement & Disposal of Assets Committee, Nsanje District Council now invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for construction of Fatima EPA staff houses as shown below:

- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Request for Quotation procedures contained in The Bank Procurement Guideline Regulations and open to all invited bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Nsanje District Council and request the bidding documents at the address given below at clause 7 (a) from 8am to 12 -00; 13.00 to 16.00 hours local time (Monday to Friday), except National Public holidays
- A COMPLETE SET OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS IN ENGLISH MAY BE ACCESSED BY INTERESTED BIDDERS ON REQUEST TO THE ADDRESS BELOW ON 7 (b)
- Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box, at the address below at 7 (c) at or before 2:00 hours local time on Thursday 30th July, 2026. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (c) at 14.00 hours, local time on Thursday 30th July, 2026. Late Bids shall be REJECTED
