The Consultant must be a design office, firm, or engineering company:

  • Specializing in the design, supervision, and control of infrastructure construction works (Accreditation) with references in the supervision and control of construction sites;
  • Having proven references in environmental and social monitoring, including the implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP) and the management of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS);
  • Able to mobilize qualified personnel for the assignment;
