Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Consultor Gestión Técnica de I+D+i de la Oficina Técnica Administrativa for a ict consultancy assignment financed by Gerencia del Parque Cementerio de Málaga, S.A in Spain.

Aninver Development Partners is currently preparing a proposal for an upcoming consulting assignment in Spain focusing on the ICT sector and the technical management of innovative, sustainable projects. We are seeking a qualified R&D Technical Management Consultant to join our administrative technical office team.

The selected expert will play a critical role in supporting the efficient execution, technological oversight, and European fund compliance for a major decarbonization and renewable energy innovation initiative implemented by a public sector entity in Spain.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Provide expert technical guidance on R&D project management and European-funded initiatives.
• Support the successful execution of innovative procurement and technology integration activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, technical milestones, and reporting obligations.
• Facilitate technological surveillance and risk management throughout the assignment duration.

Scope of work

• Drafting technical specifications and documentation for innovation-focused procurement procedures.
• Assisting in the evaluation of proposals submitted by contractors and technology providers.
• Supervising and guaranteeing the satisfactory technical execution of project activities by contractors.
• Building a robust audit trail and maintaining documentation for administrative and technical justification.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and sustainable technologies.
• Providing technical reporting and advisory services to internal stakeholders and public sector partners.

Your role as Consultor Gestión Técnica de I+D+i de la Oficina Técnica Administrativa

• Manage day-to-day R&D activities and coordinate technical deliverables within the administrative technical office.
• Provide specialized expertise in the management of European-funded projects and public sector innovation procurement.
• Monitor technology trends, conduct surveillance, and propose corrective measures during project implementation.
• Assist in preparing intermediate and final technical justifications required by funding bodies.
• Review contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, technical experts, and administrative authorities as required.
• Contribute to risk assessment and governance frameworks for technology deployment.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria mínima equivalente al nivel 2 (Grado) MECES in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in R&D project management and European-funded projects, including participation in two projects financed by the FID-CPI line or other public sector CPI projects
• Languages: Spanish

Desirable

• Experience working with ICT solutions, artificial intelligence, or renewable energy integration.
• Previous involvement in projects co-financed by European funds such as FEDER.

An experienced engineering professional with a strong background in R&D project management, European funds compliance, and public sector innovation procurement in Spain.
