Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Consultor tecnológico de la Oficina Técnica Administrativa for a ict consultancy assignment financed by Gerencia del Parque Cementerio de Málaga, S.A in Spain.

Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for an upcoming consulting initiative in Spain within the ICT and energy transition sector. The assignment focuses on supporting a public municipal enterprise in executing an innovative decarbonization and technological modernization project centered on renewable energy and sustainable cremation systems.

We are currently looking for a qualified 'Consultor tecnológico de la Oficina Técnica Administrativa' to join our expert team. The selected consultant will play a key technical role in driving the successful implementation of innovative technological solutions, ensuring alignment with high-efficiency energy standards and rigorous administrative frameworks.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Provide specialized technological consulting as part of the Administrative Technical Office.
• Support the integration of renewable energies, photovoltaics, and hydrogen technologies into municipal facilities.
• Contribute to the technical design, monitoring, and evaluation of innovative public procurement procedures.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and environmental mitigation standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope of work

• Drafting technical prescription documents and specifications for innovative public procurement and ordinary purchasing.
• Assisting in the evaluation procedure of bids submitted by contractors.
• Supervising and guaranteeing the satisfactory technical execution of project deliverables by contractors.
• Conducting technology surveillance and adopting necessary corrective measures during project implementation.
• Supporting the technical justification of the project to build a robust audit trail.
• Providing technical expertise on renewable energy systems, photovoltaics, and hydrogen integration.

Your role as Consultor tecnológico de la Oficina Técnica Administrativa

• Provide expert technological advice and guidance within the Administrative Technical Office framework.
• Contribute to the preparation of tender documents focusing on ICT and energy-related innovations.
• Evaluate technological proposals and oversee the technical execution of contracted works.
• Monitor project milestones, manage technical risks, and perform continuous technology surveillance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technological implementations with environmental and energy efficiency targets.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation required for project justification and auditing purposes.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria mínima equivalente al nivel 2 (Grado) MECES in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, of which at least 5 years must be in Renewable Energies, Photovoltaics, or Hydrogen
• Languages: Spanish

Desirable

• Previous experience working with public sector entities or municipal organizations in Spain.
• Familiarity with EU-funded projects and administrative compliance frameworks.

An experienced industrial engineer with over 15 years of background, including at least 5 years dedicated to renewable energies, photovoltaics, or hydrogen, ready to drive technological innovation and energy transition in Spain.
