Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. (Nasuvinsa) in Spain, focusing on specialized consulting and technical assistance for organizational development, strategic planning, and digital transformation. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a qualified IT Project Director or Strategic IT Consultant to lead key technology initiatives.

The expert will play a pivotal role in guiding digital and technological strategies from business, governance, architecture, and modernization perspectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful digital transformation initiatives within the organization, aligning technology solutions with overarching business objectives and supporting executive leadership in decision-making processes.

Objectives of the assignment

• Support the definition and evolution of digital and technological strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and enhance IT governance models and information systems strategic planning.
• Establish principles, frameworks, architecture roadmaps, and technological modernization plans.
• Analyze organizational needs, define technical requirements, evaluate alternatives, and support solution selection.

Scope of work

• Designing and improving IT governance and strategic planning for information systems.
• Defining architecture principles, models, roadmaps, and technology modernization strategies.
• Conducting needs analyses, requirements gathering, alternative evaluations, and supporting solution selection.
• Providing strategic consulting on information security, risk management, business continuity, and compliance.
• Developing niche digital solutions for property promotion and management.
• Implementing low-code/no-code automation solutions on platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.

Your role as Category 2 - Perfil 1: Director/a de proyecto o consultor/a estratégico/a de TI

• Act as the IT Project Director or Strategic IT Consultant for technology-driven initiatives.
• Advise executive committees and senior management directly on digital transformation and technology adoption.
• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of technology strategies and information systems projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT capabilities with business requirements.
• Oversee the development of architectural roadmaps, security frameworks, and modernization plans.
• Ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions and automation projects within established parameters.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o equivalente
• Al menos 8 años de experiencia en sistemas de información y tecnología, de los cuales al menos 3 años en dirección tecnológica (CIO, CDO, CTO), transformación digital o asesoramiento directo a comités de dirección
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Experience working on digital transformation projects within the public sector or housing and urban development domains.
• Certifications in enterprise architecture, IT governance, or project management methodologies.

An experienced IT leader with a strong background in technology management, digital transformation, and executive advisory, capable of bridging the gap between complex technical systems and strategic business goals in Spain.
