Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for a consulting initiative in Spain supported by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A (Nasuvinsa). The assignment focuses on organizational development, strategic planning, and process management to enhance the institutional capabilities of the organization.

We are currently seeking a qualified technical or junior consultant specializing in process management support to join our expert team. The selected professional will play a vital supporting role in data gathering, stakeholder workshops, and operational documentation for process optimization initiatives.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Support the identification, mapping, and documentation of internal business processes.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating working sessions and workshops with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the collection and analysis of operational information to feed into process redesign activities.
• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of workflows, value chains, and standard operating procedures.

Scope of work

• Conducting information gathering and stakeholder interviews across different organizational units.
• Supporting the facilitation of participatory workshops for process identification and review.
• Assisting in the drafting and formatting of process maps, documentation, and operational guidelines.
• Participating in the follow-up and monitoring tasks related to process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with senior consultants to synthesize findings and prepare technical deliverables.

Your role as Category 5 - Perfil 5: Consultor/a técnico/a o junior de apoyo a la gestión por procesos

• Gather, process, and structure quantitative and qualitative information regarding current operational workflows.
• Support senior experts in preparing, organizing, and documenting participatory workshops and meetings.
• Draft detailed process descriptions, technical notes, and administrative documentation.
• Assist in verifying process flows and ensuring consistency across documentation repositories.
• Maintain organized project records and contribute to operational tracking and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the core consulting team to meet project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en recogida de información, talleres y documentación
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Previous experience supporting organizational development or business process management (BPM) projects.
• Familiarity with public sector environments or housing and urban development sectors in Spain.

A detail-oriented technical or junior consultant with at least 2 years of experience in data collection, workshop facilitation, and documentation, eager to support process management transformations in Spain.
