Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Category 2 - Perfil 4: Especialista en seguridad de la información for a supplies consultancy assignment financed by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A in Spain.

Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for a consulting initiative in Spain commissioned by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. The assignment focuses on providing specialized technical assistance and consultancy services for organizational development, strategic planning, project management, and digital transformation.

As part of this initiative, we are seeking an expert for the Category 2 - Perfil 4: Especialista en seguridad de la información position. The selected professional will play a crucial role in delivering strategic information security consultancy, supporting the digital transformation and modernization efforts in the country.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Support the definition and evolution of digital and technology strategy from a business, governance, architecture, and security perspective.
• Provide strategic consulting in information security, encompassing security governance, risk management, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure robust protection and resilience of information systems within the scope of organizational modernization.

Scope of work

• Design and improve IT governance and the strategic planning of information systems.
• Define principles, models, architecture roadmaps, and technological modernization strategies.
• Analyze needs, elaborate requirements, evaluate alternatives, and support the selection of digital solutions.
• Provide strategic consultancy in information security, covering governance, risk management, continuity, and compliance.
• Develop niche digital solutions and automation to support organizational processes.

Your role as Category 2 - Perfil 4: Especialista en seguridad de la información

• Lead information security governance initiatives and frameworks within the organization.
• Manage information security risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure organizational compliance with relevant information security regulations and standards.
• Advise management and technical teams on security best practices during digital transformation processes.
• Collaborate with other IT specialists to integrate security into architecture roadmaps and technological solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia como CISO o función equivalente en gobierno de la seguridad, gestión de riesgos, continuidad o cumplimiento normativo
• Languages: Español
