Aninver Development Partners SL is currently preparing a proposal for a consulting initiative in Spain supported by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. The assignment focuses on establishing a dynamic purchasing system for organizational development, strategic planning, process management, and digital transformation.

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist (Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies) to join our expert team. The selected professional will play a pivotal role in diagnosing inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and defining robust performance indicators to drive operational excellence across organizational processes.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies across internal workflows
• Redesign business processes using recognized continuous improvement frameworks
• Define clear and actionable performance indicators for process monitoring
• Support the successful implementation of optimized operational procedures

Scope of work

• Execute diagnostic assessments to identify structural and operational inefficiencies
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or alternative continuous improvement methodologies to process redesign
• Collaborate on the identification, mapping, and documentation of core organizational workflows
• Define key performance indicators, service levels, and associated operating instructions
• Support the implementation of redesigned processes and establish functional automation requirements

Your role as Category 5 - Perfil 3: Especialista en mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma u otras metodologías)

• Lead diagnostic assessments to uncover operational bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies
• Design and execute process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement techniques
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators to measure process efficiency gains
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate with internal teams to redesign operational procedures
• Provide technical guidance on the operational implementation of streamlined workflows
• Establish functional requirements for process automation and digital integration

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en diagnóstico de ineficiencias, rediseño de procesos y definición de indicadores
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Prior experience working on organizational development projects within public or housing sector entities
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process optimization frameworks

An analytical continuous improvement expert with extensive experience in workflow redesign, inefficiency diagnosis, and indicator definition using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
