Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Category 2 - Perfil 3: Especialista en gobierno y estrategia de TI for a supplies consultancy assignment financed by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A in Spain.

Aninver Development Partners SL is currently preparing a technical proposal for an upcoming consulting initiative in Spain, supported by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. As part of our expert team, we are seeking a qualified IT Governance and Strategy Specialist to support strategic planning, project management, process management, document management, and digital transformation initiatives.

The selected expert will play a pivotal role in advising on digital and technological strategy from a business, governance, and modernization perspective. This position requires a professional capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities, ensuring robust frameworks for IT service delivery and project alignment within the organization.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Support the definition and evolution of digital and technological strategies from a business and governance perspective.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementations.
• Enhance IT governance models, demand management, and project portfolio prioritization.
• Establish reliable key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology services.

Scope of work

• Designing and improving IT governance and strategic planning for information systems.
• Defining principles, models, architecture roadmaps, and technological modernization plans.
• Analyzing needs, drafting requirements, evaluating alternatives, and supporting digital solution selections.
• Providing strategic consulting on information security, risk management, and compliance.
• Developing niche digital solutions and low-code/no-code automations.

Your role as Category 2 - Perfil 3: Especialista en gobierno y estrategia de TI

• Implement and optimize IT governance models tailored to organizational needs.
• Manage IT demand and streamline the project portfolio pipeline.
• Facilitate project prioritization processes and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor robust indicators to measure technological performance.
• Ensure seamless business-technology alignment across all digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable IT strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en modelos de gobierno de TI, gestión de la demanda, cartera de proyectos, priorización, indicadores y alineación negocio-tecnología
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Experience working within public sector or housing and urban development contexts in Spain.
• Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and modern enterprise architectures.

An experienced IT governance professional with a strong background in demand management, portfolio prioritization, and aligning technology solutions with overarching business goals in Spain.
