Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. (Nasuvinsa) in Spain, focusing on organizational development and digital transformation consultancy services. We are currently seeking an experienced Low-Code/No-Code Architect and Developer to join our team for this strategic framework.

The selected expert will play a vital role in designing, developing, integrating, and governing customized digital solutions to streamline internal processes and enhance technological capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives in Spain's public housing and territorial development sector.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Support the digital and technological transformation strategy from a business, governance, and architecture perspective.
• Design, develop, and deploy automated digital solutions using low-code and no-code platforms.
• Integrate modern applications with existing enterprise systems and ensure robust solution governance.
• Document developed applications and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Scope of work

• Design and improve IT governance and strategic planning of information systems.
• Develop digital niche solutions and process automations leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional technical requirements.
• Evaluate technological alternatives and support the implementation of digital solutions.
• Contribute to information security, compliance, and architectural best practices.

Your role as Category 2 - Perfil 7: Arquitecto/a o desarrollador/a low-code/no-code

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of low-code/no-code solutions primarily using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build seamless integrations between low-code applications and legacy or third-party systems.
• Ensure proper governance, security standards, and quality control across all developed applications.
• Create comprehensive technical and user documentation for deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and refine automated workflows.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for active low-code environments.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica específica equivalente
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en diseño, desarrollo, integración, documentación y gobierno de soluciones basadas en Microsoft Power Platform u otras plataformas low-code/no-code
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Experience working on digital transformation projects within the public sector or housing and urban development domain.
• Relevant official certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related low-code technologies.

A certified low-code/no-code expert with a strong technical background in Microsoft Power Platform, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to delivering efficient digital transformation solutions in Spain.
