Aninver Development Partners SL is preparing a proposal for Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. (Nasuvinsa) in Spain, focusing on organizational development consulting, strategic planning, process management, document management, and digital transformation services.

We are currently seeking a qualified Category 2 - Perfil 6: Especialista en tecnología aplicada a la promoción y gestión inmobiliaria to join our expert team. This key role will support digital transformation and technology adoption within the supplies sector in Spain, bringing specialised digital solutions expertise to real estate promotion and management.

Objectives of the assignment

• Provide specialized consultancy services supporting digital transformation and technology solutions in Spain.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and evolution of information systems and business technology architecture.
• Support the digital modernization efforts of the national housing and land enterprise through targeted technological interventions.

Scope of work

• Design and enhance IT governance and strategic planning for information systems.
• Define principles, models, architecture roadmaps, and technology modernization strategies.
• Analyze needs, formulate requirements, evaluate alternatives, and support the selection of digital solutions.
• Develop niche digital solutions tailored to real estate promotion and property management.
• Implement low-code/no-code automations to streamline organizational workflows.

Your role as Category 2 - Perfil 6: Especialista en tecnología aplicada a la promoción y gestión inmobiliaria

• Apply specialised technological expertise to processes and digital solutions specific to the real estate promotion and management sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and translate them into functional digital requirements.
• Design, evaluate, and assist in the deployment of digital tools tailored to property management operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of real estate technology solutions within the broader IT architecture.
• Provide technical advisory services on digital trends and applications relevant to property promotion and development.
• Document technical processes and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria o formación técnica específica equivalente
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia acreditada en procesos y soluciones digitales específicas del sector de promoción y gestión inmobiliaria
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Prior experience working on public sector consultancy assignments in Spain.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and enterprise document management integrations.
