Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Category 3 - Perfil 4: Scrum Master / Agile Coach for a supplies consultancy assignment financed by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A in Spain.

Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for a consulting initiative in Spain focusing on organizational development, strategic planning, and digital transformation. As part of our expert team, we are seeking a qualified Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support specialized technical assistance and advisory services across various public and private sector projects.

The selected expert will play a critical role in facilitating agile adoption, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and applying agile frameworks to enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and organizational maturity within the framework of our ongoing consulting engagements in the country.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Facilitate agile adoption and continuous improvement across organizational and business projects.
• Support project teams in applying Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks effectively.
• Bridge the gap between traditional management practices and agile methodologies.
• Enhance team collaboration, transparency, and delivery velocity.

Scope of work

• Plan, direct, execute, monitor, and close business and organizational projects using agile approaches.
• Set up or reinforce project management offices (PMOs) with a focus on agile methodologies.
• Apply agile, traditional, or hybrid frameworks tailored to the nature of specific initiatives.
• Provide post-implementation support to consolidate results and transfer knowledge.
• Deliver specialized consultancy in organizational development, process management, and digital transformation.

Your role as Category 3 - Perfil 4: Scrum Master / Agile Coach

• Act as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach to facilitate agile teams and drive methodology adoption.
• Guide teams in the practical application of Scrum, Kanban, or scaled agile frameworks.
• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach stakeholders and team members on agile mindset, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and remove impediments to project progress and team productivity.
• Collaborate with project managers and PMO specialists to align agile workflows with broader organizational goals.
• Monitor agile performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en facilitación de equipos ágiles y aplicación de Scrum, Kanban o marcos escalados
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Professional certifications in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) or agile coaching.
• Experience working within public sector or housing and urban development contexts.
• Background in hybrid project management environments combining agile and waterfall methodologies.

A certified, proactive Scrum Master / Agile Coach with at least 3 years of experience driving agile transformations, fostering team collaboration, and applying Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex organizational environments in Spain.
