Aninver Development Partners is currently preparing a proposal for Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. (Nasuvinsa) in Spain, focused on establishing a dynamic purchasing system for organizational development consultancy services. This initiative aims to support strategic planning, project management, process management, document management, and digital transformation across the organization.

We are seeking an expert for the position of Category 3 - Perfil 5: Especialista en PMO, metodología y herramientas de gestión de proyectos to contribute to our consulting team. Objectives of the assignment

• Establish a robust dynamic purchasing system for specialized consultancy and technical assistance.
• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of business and organizational projects.
• Define and implement standardized project management methodologies and tools.
• Enhance organizational efficiency through structured project governance.

Scope of work

• Planning, direction, execution, monitoring, and closure of business and organizational projects.
• Setting up or reinforcing project management offices (PMO), defining methodologies and standards.
• Implementing supporting project management tools and templates.
• Applying agile, traditional waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Post-implementation support to consolidate results and transfer knowledge.

Your role as Category 3 - Perfil 5: Especialista en PMO, metodología y herramientas de gestión de proyectos

• Define comprehensive project management methodologies tailored to the organization's needs.
• Develop standardized templates and dashboards for effective project tracking.
• Select, parameterize, and implement appropriate project management tools and software.
• Support the establishment and operation of the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Provide guidance on best practices in project governance and monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure methodological alignment across initiatives.
• Transfer knowledge and build internal capacities regarding project management tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en definición de metodología, plantillas y cuadros de mando, y selección y parametrización de herramientas
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Previous experience working with public sector entities in Spain on organizational development projects.
