Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for a consulting initiative in Spain commissioned by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. The assignment focuses on establishing a dynamic purchasing system for specialized organizational development consultancy, covering strategic planning, project management, and business transformation. We are seeking an expert to join our team for the Category 3 - Perfil 6: Especialista en acompañamiento y mentoría post-implantación position.

The selected expert will play a crucial role in supporting the consolidation of project results and ensuring the successful handover and adoption of methodologies within the organization. This position is integral to our multidisciplinary team providing specialized technical assistance across various operational domains in Spain, contributing to enhanced institutional capacity and sustainable project outcomes.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Provide expert post-implementation support to consolidate project results and operational outcomes.
• Facilitate effective knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Monitor the post-closure phase of business and organizational projects to guarantee operational readiness.
• Support organizational adaptation and continuous improvement following project deployments.

Scope of work

• Planification, direction, execution, monitoring, and closing of business, organizational, and technological projects.
• Establishment and reinforcement of project management offices (PMO), defining methodologies, standards, and support tools.
• Application of agile, traditional waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on the project nature.
• Post-implementation accompaniment to consolidate results and transfer knowledge across departments.
• Conducting diagnostic reviews and supporting operational follow-up activities.

Your role as Category 3 - Perfil 6: Especialista en acompañamiento y mentoría post-implantación

• Lead post-implementation monitoring and accompaniment activities following project closures.
• Design and execute knowledge transfer plans for internal stakeholders and client teams.
• Consolidate project results to ensure sustained adoption of newly implemented processes and tools.
• Provide expert guidance on addressing post-closure operational challenges and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to evaluate the post-deployment impact.
• Draft comprehensive progress reports and documentation regarding post-implementation outcomes.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en seguimiento posterior al cierre de proyectos, consolidación de resultados y transferencia de conocimiento
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Previous experience working on consultancy projects within the public sector or housing and urban development domains in Spain.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and organizational change management methodologies.

An experienced post-implementation specialist with a strong background in knowledge transfer, project result consolidation, and stakeholder engagement within organizational consulting in Spain.
