Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for a consulting initiative in Spain to support organizational development and strategic planning. We are seeking a qualified Category 4 - Perfil 4: Especialista en indicadores, seguimiento y evaluación estratégica to join our team of experts.

The selected expert will contribute to the successful execution of specialized technical assistance and advisory services in Spain, focusing on strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks within the supplies sector context.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Design robust indicator systems and balanced scorecards to measure strategic performance.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic and master plans.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making through comprehensive progress tracking and reporting.
• Ensure alignment between operational outputs and overarching strategic objectives.

Scope of work

• Diagnose current strategic frameworks and identify key performance indicators.
• Formulate and deploy operational plans linked to multi-year management strategies.
• Implement balanced scorecards and dynamic monitoring tools.
• Conduct intermediate and final evaluations of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and governance bodies to review progress.

Your role as Category 4 - Perfil 4: Especialista en indicadores, seguimiento y evaluación estratégica

• Design and implement indicator systems and balanced scorecards for strategic monitoring.
• Establish baseline metrics and targets for measuring strategic plan execution.
• Conduct periodic monitoring and performance tracking of ongoing organizational strategies.
• Perform intermediate and final evaluations of strategic and master plans.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management and governance bodies.
• Provide technical advice on performance measurement and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en diseño de sistemas de indicadores y cuadros de mando integral, seguimiento y evaluación
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Prior experience with public sector entities in Spain.
• Familiarity with organizational transformation and strategic management frameworks.

An experienced performance measurement specialist with a strong background in indicator design, balanced scorecards, and strategic evaluation within the Spanish consulting context.
