Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for a consulting initiative in Spain focusing on organizational development, strategic planning, and process management. We are currently seeking an expert for the Category 5 - Perfil 1: Director/a de proyecto o consultor/a senior en gestión por procesos position to lead technical assistance and specialized consulting services.

The selected expert will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and driving continuous improvement in process management (BPM) for public and organizational stakeholders in Spain. This position requires deep technical leadership in process optimization to support modernization and digital transformation efforts across various sectors.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Provide specialized consultancy services for process management, strategic planning, and organizational development in Spain.
• Design, implement, and drive the continuous improvement of business processes (BPM) to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Support institutional transformation through structured methodological approaches and capacity building.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables aligned with the requirements of the national public sector context.

Scope of work

• Identification, mapping, and modelization of institutional and business processes, including value chains and BPMN diagrams.
• Definition of process owners, key performance indicators, service level agreements, and associated operational instructions.
• Analysis and redesign of existing workflows to remove bottlenecks and streamline operations using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Provision of technical assistance for the implementation of redesigned processes and the definition of functional automation requirements.
• Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders in Spain to ensure knowledge transfer and effective change management.

Your role as Category 5 - Perfil 1: Director/a de proyecto o consultor/a senior en gestión por procesos

• Lead the technical direction and execution of projects focused on business process management (BPM) and organizational improvement.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, and stakeholder consultations to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Supervise the mapping, analysis, and redesign of critical processes to enhance institutional efficiency and operational performance.
• Define and monitor process indicators, service levels, and control frameworks to measure implementation success.
• Liaise with clients and project partners in Spain to present deliverables, validate findings, and guide strategic decisions.
• Contribute technical expertise to the broader organizational development framework and support junior consultants.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o equivalente
• Al menos 10 años de experiencia profesional en dirección técnica de proyectos de gestión por procesos
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Prior experience working on consulting assignments with public sector entities in Spain.
• Certifications related to BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or project management.

An experienced senior consultant and project director with over 10 years in process management, capable of leading complex organizational transformations and process redesign initiatives in Spain.
