Aninver Development Partners is currently preparing a proposal for Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. (Nasuvinsa) in Spain, focusing on organizational development and specialized consulting services. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an expert to fill the role of Project Director or Senior Consultant in Document Management.

The selected professional will play a crucial role in providing specialized technical assistance and consultancy aimed at designing, implementing, and improving document management and archiving systems, encompassing both physical and electronic formats to support the organization's broader digital transformation and strategic goals.

Objectives of the assignment

• Establish comprehensive document management and archiving systems to optimize organizational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless interoperability with electronic administration, electronic case files, and registries.
• Support the modernization of document workflows and information governance structures.

Scope of work

• Conducting thorough diagnoses of the current document situation within the organization.
• Elaborating or reviewing classification schemes and records retention schedules.
• Supporting digitalization processes, definition of metadata, and indexing schemes.
• Providing expert advisory services on the selection and implementation of document management or enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
• Ensuring interoperability with electronic administration, electronic case files, and official registries.

Your role as Category 6 - Perfil 1: Director/a de proyecto o consultor/a senior en gestión documental

• Lead the technical direction of document management consulting projects and initiatives.
• Oversee the diagnosis, design, and implementation of physical and electronic archiving systems.
• Direct the development and review of document classification frameworks and retention calendars.
• Advise on metadata standards, indexing structures, and digitalization workflows.
• Guide the selection and deployment of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.
• Coordinate integration efforts with electronic administration systems and electronic case file platforms.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality technical outputs within project timelines.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o equivalente
• Al menos 10 años de experiencia profesional en dirección técnica de proyectos de gestión documental
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Experience working on public sector consulting assignments in Spain.
• Knowledge of interoperability frameworks and electronic registry protocols.

An experienced document management expert with a strong background in technical project direction, electronic archiving, and enterprise content management systems within the Spanish context.
