Objectives of the assignment

• Contribute to the establishment of dynamic purchasing systems for specialized organizational consulting.
• Diagnose the current documentary situation and optimize archive workflows.
• Design, implement, and improve document management systems and archiving procedures, both physical and electronic.

Scope of work

• Diagnosing the documentary situation and current archiving frameworks.
• Elaborating or reviewing classification schemes and retention schedules.
• Providing support in digitalization processes, defining metadata, and indexing schemes.
• Advising on the selection and implementation of document management or enterprise content management systems.
• Supporting interoperability with electronic administration, electronic files, and registry systems.

Your role as Category 6 - Perfil 2: Especialista en archivística y organización documental

• Lead the development and revision of classification schemes and retention schedules.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics of existing physical and electronic document management systems.
• Provide expert technical advice on digitalization processes, metadata definition, and indexing.
• Support the integration of document management systems with electronic administration workflows.
• Collaborate with organizational teams to ensure compliance with records management standards.

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en elaboración de cuadros de clasificación y calendarios de conservación
• Languages: Español

An experienced archivist and document management specialist with at least 5 years of proven expertise in creating classification schemes and retention schedules, fluent in Spanish.
