Aninver Development Partners SL is seeking an expert for an upcoming consulting initiative in Spain supported by Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A. The assignment focuses on organizational development, document management, and digital transformation services within the public sector context.

We are currently recruiting a Category 6 - Perfil 4: Especialista en interoperabilidad y administración electrónica to drive electronic document integration, metadata management, and interoperability initiatives with electronic registries and administrative systems.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Provide specialized consultancy in electronic administration and systems interoperability
• Support the integration of document management workflows with electronic registries
• Ensure compliance with metadata standards and electronic file protocols

Scope of work

• Assess current digital document management and interoperability frameworks
• Design metadata schemas and indexing structures for electronic records
• Advise on the implementation of electronic filing and archiving solutions
• Support electronic administration integration with external registries and platforms

Your role as Category 6 - Perfil 4: Especialista en interoperabilidad y administración electrónica

• Lead technical tasks related to electronic interoperability and administration
• Design and implement metadata standards and electronic file management procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate document systems with electronic registries
• Provide expert technical guidance on digital archiving and document workflows
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards for electronic administration in Spain

Requirements

• Education: Titulación universitaria de grado o formación técnica equivalente
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en expediente electrónico, metadatos y e-integration con registros
• Languages: Español

Desirable

• Previous consulting experience with public sector entities in Spain
• Knowledge of organizational development and digital transformation processes

An experienced interoperability and electronic administration specialist with a strong background in electronic files, metadata, and registry integration, fluent in Spanish.
